The Hong Kong Flower Show is a signature event hosted by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department to promote horticulture and the awareness of greening.  It offers a valuable opportunity every year for hundreds of thousands of local citizens and horticulture lovers across the globe to appreciate the beauty of flowers and share their experiences in flower cultivation.  Hong Kong Flower Show 2023 (the Show) will be held from 10 to 19 March 2023 at Victoria Park in Causeway Bay.  The Show this year takes as its theme “Bliss in Bloom”, featuring the gorgeously and uniquely grown Hydrangea as its theme flower.  Long a darling of flower lovers, hydrangea is renowned for its glamorous large flowers and splendid colours in full bloom, definitely creating a captivating sense of bliss and romance in every corner of the Show.

Featuring “Hydrangea” as its theme flower, the Show will showcase various exotic flowers and a rich profusion of exquisite potted plants, beautiful floral arrangements and gorgeous landscape displays by organisations from local, the Mainland and overseas.  There will also be commercial stalls selling flowers and other horticultural products.  During the Show, a rich diversity of educational and recreational fringe activities will also be organised for the enjoyment of visitors.  These include student drawing competition, photo competition, plant exhibit competition, music and cultural performances, floral art demonstrations, workshops on greening activities, guided visits, recreational programmes and parent-child fun games.
